Authors Note: In our book Lewis & Clark Volume One, I wrote about the purpose of the expedition and the creation of the Corps of Discovery. In this, the second volume, Lewis & Clark - Volume Two Quilts Inspired by Bird Woman, I focus on Sagagawea's life and her children. Seven wonderful quilts, five of which are pieced, two appliqued.
