and Return Policies |
Returns:
You have 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Call,
email,
or send the item back to us and you will be issued a credit on your charge
card,
a refund,
check, or a store credit (dependent on original method of
payment).
Refunds
are not given for postage charges.
Books and patterns cannot be returned due to copyright issues. If there is
an exception
(damaged or wrong item), please contact us. Fabric should be in
the
original
condition
and cut amount and not smell of cigarette/cigar smoke.
Shipping Rates: We ship primarily USPS
and pride ourselves in getting the
most
shipping value for your money. We charge only actual shipping costs and there is
never a handling fee. For larger orders we will check on UPS
and Fedex
rates to get
you the best
value.
When
your order is placed an estimated shipping cost for
US destinations will
be
on your
order summary/confirmation. We will prepare and weigh your order and email/contact you
if there is a
considerable difference in shipping costs so
that you can approve the
postage amount
or give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

The above rates are estimates but all orders will be confirmed for completeness
and
postage costs. The flat rate envelopes will usually hold a maximum of 6 yards as we
carry only quilt shop quality fabric and it is heavier than some other cottons.
